Overview

Waves of gentrification often come with waves of anti-homeless policy and practice. This report documents one example of how unhoused neighbors in the Mission District of San Francisco experience sudden and unrelenting homeless sweeps in areas they have been living in for months and sometimes even years. This report was a project of the SF Coalition On Homelessness Human Rights Workgroup.
