I use participant action research and participant driven processes to collect first hand accounts of the impacts of criminalization on poor and homeless people. I use video and essay to tell the real life stories of individuals navigating the web of criminalization that is a result of their lack of housing. I collaborate with comrades and colleagues to produce accessible and impactful research and articles to support campaigns and policies aimed at ending criminalization of homelessness.
